3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from us.
3.2 Payment
- Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
3.3 Additional Costs
Unless specifically included, the following costs are not covered:
- International airfare
- Travel insurance
- Meals not specified in the itinerary
- Personal expenses and gratuities
- Visa and passport fees
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total cost
- 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total cost
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total cost
4.2 Cancellation by Deponpalonu
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:
- Insufficient participant numbers
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Government restrictions or safety concerns
- Force majeure events
In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.
4.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation to the original payment method.
5. Travel Requirements
5.1 Documentation
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Appropriate visas and permits
- Travel insurance coverage
- Required vaccinations or health certificates
5.2 Health and Safety
Travelers must:
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
- Maintain appropriate travel insurance
- Comply with local laws and regulations
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deponpalonu's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

- Weather-related delays or cancellations

- Consequential or indirect damages
- Actions of other tour participants

All travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation

7. Conduct and Behavior
Participants must conduct themselves in a manner that:
- Does not endanger themselves or others
- Respects local customs and cultural sensitivities
- Follows environmental protection guidelines
- Complies with guide instructions and safety protocols
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.
